To post your Resume on Awesome Workforce, click on the dropdown menu, situated at the top right side near to the Post Job bar on www.awesomeworkforce.com. The first step would be building your brief profile which takes you to the next step of Resume posting. These details are important information that the recruiters look for. Once you’ve completed building profile, your profile is registered with us along with your resume.
You can update your profile only after your login to Awesome Workforce. Once you have logged in to your account. To edit your profile, click on the Drop down menu on the Top Right corner. You can make changes to your Profile by editing the relevant sections from the ‘Build Profile’ page. It is recommended that you update your Profile regularly. Recruiters often contact only those candidates who have recently updated their profiles.

No! Awesome Workforce will never charge job seekers for anything. So go crazy, search, create job alerts, save jobs, apply, and post your resume online -- it's all free.
In this case, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Login Page In order to retrieve your account password, you need to enter the e-mail address which you used previously during signing up. Once you have entered your registered email address, a confirmation email with password link to reset your password will be sent directly to your inbox.
Once you have logged in to your account, you are taken to the page that shows a brief summary of your account. To change your account password, ‘Change Password’ from Drop down menu situated on Top Right corner. You would need to enter your old password and specify and confirm the new one. Once you specified and confirmed the new password, a confirmation mail will be sent directly to your inbox.
Once you have posted your Resume, all the Recruiters/Employers who are registered with Awesome Workforce can access it.
To refine your search, you can use the options given towards the left of the search result page. It streamlines the job results into five broad categories:
1- Jobs based on type such as part time, full time etc.
2- Date of Job Posting.
3- Filter the jobs based on Companies/Employers.
4- It also filters by the Annual pay you looking for.
5- You can also refine your job search by clicking on Nearby cities.
Search gives you an option to look for relevant jobs based on your specific requirements. To search for a job, you can use the given search window. It is recommended that you specify the keywords such as Job title and Preferred locations using State or city name. In case, you get results running into hundreds, you can narrow down your search by specifying all available criteria. In case of ‘No Results Found’, it is recommended that you may broaden your search by entering only a limited number of criteria.
Once you have saved a job for future reference, it will stay on your account till the time it is live on the site. It is based on the Employer/Recruiter's discretion or the time till that particular job is open.
One Click Applyallows you to apply one job at a time. This option enables you to view the complete job specifications before applying.
You can always save a selected job and apply later, if you are not sure of an immediate apply. To retrieve the job/s you have saved, you may click in the "Saved Jobs" located inside User Dashboard.
In case of a successful job application, you will see a confirmation message which says “Well Done!!! Applied Successfully”
Once you have successfully applied for a particular job opening, any future correspondence towards similar lies exclusively at the prudence of the Organization/Employer.
